Pomade Club offers a wide variety of products and therefore, return policy will vary across different types of merchandise. We want you to be happy and confident about your purchase, so we try our best to accurately describe and categorize each product with as much detail as possible. Please read our return policy below carefully to see if you are eligible for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you are, please read “How do I ship an item back?” below.
USA Customers: All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
International Customers: Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase.
Holiday Extended return policy: USA orders: 60 days. International: 90 days.
Return Shipping Costs
We will not be responsible for return shipping costs unless we mistakenly ship you an incorrect item or if the item is completely damaged during transit. Please note our policies are different when the item you received is not as described or if you used the product but are unhappy with it. Return shipment may not always be covered but we can work with our customers on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
Restocking Fees and Partial Refunds
In addition to return shipping costs, we will require a small restocking fee of up to 15% (unless otherwise noted) and we will deduct the initial shipping charges (unless otherwise noted) that we paid to ship the item to you. These fees will help us continue to offer free and discounted shipping to everyone.
Incorrect Items Received by Mistake
If the item you receive is not what you ordered, please save the box your item came with and contact us for an return authorization within the above mentioned return date. We will send you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to ship back your item. Once we receive the item in new, undamaged condition, we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost.
Pomade and Styling Products
Due to the nature of beauty and personal styling products, as well as health, hygiene and safety concerns regarding the product's, age, shelf life, origins, handling, and more, we may not always accept returns on used pomade, mustache wax, clays, or any other similar styling product. If you have any doubts or questions on any product, please read our reviews or contact us before you commit to your purchase. You may also ask our Pomade Community for help, opinions, advice, or guidance on products you are interested in purchasing. Thank you for understanding.
If you ordered an item by mistake, or do not like the scent of the product you ordered, we will gladly accept a return* as long as the product is untouched, like new, and arrives undamaged. If you have used the product and are unhappy, please read this article that can help you make the most out of your purchase. Many of the products we sell are versatile and with a bit of patience, can end up working for you. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact us. We might be able to work something out depending on the item and situation.
*Due to the high costs of international shipping, returning an item may cost more than the item itself. International return requests will be handled in a case-by-case basis but generally, we will not cover return shipping if you ordered an item by mistake, no longer need the item, or if you do not like the scent.
Pomade Box Items
Pomade Box items contain smaller or sample sizes of the products we offer as well as promotional and heavily discounted items. These items are not refundable. If you have any issues with your products we will be happy to work with you in most cases.
Fragrances, Sprays and Liquids
If you are not satisfied with a cologne, spray, shampoo, or any other item that is in liquid form with a dispenser such as a pump or spray, It may be returned if you used a minimal amount. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. Note: These items will not go back in stock. There will be no fees assessed unless upon inspection we determine that a substantial amount of product is missing.
Clothing and Apparel
We accept returns on T Shirts, hats, and other clothing and accessories as long as they are in new, unused condition. If an item does not fit, please contact us to arrange a return. All returned merchandise will be carefully inspected before a refund is issued.
Sale, Promotional, and free items:
Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
Example: Purchase a pomade and get a free comb—the comb cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason. In addition, if you wish to return the item you purchased, you must also return the free item that came with it.
Sale items are not refundable and cannot be returned.
